The IDEQUIP modular speed bump made from high-resistance vulcanized virgin rubber is designed to effectively slow down both light vehicles and heavy trucks without requiring permanent road construction. It provides a clear, visible, and durable speed reduction solution for private roads, parking areas, logistics zones, construction sites, and industrial facilities.
With three available height options, the system can be precisely adapted to the level of speed reduction required on your site.
This speed bump is available in 50 mm, 60 mm, or 70 mm heights, allowing you to adjust the level of speed control according to the behaviour of drivers and the safety requirements of the area.
50 mm height: moderate speed reduction for already calm zones
60 mm height: stronger slowing effect for mixed traffic areas
70 mm height: maximum speed reduction for sensitive zones or frequent speeding
This range allows precise speed management without unnecessarily restricting vehicle movement.
Each module measures 500 mm in length and 430 mm in width. Multiple modules can be assembled to cover the exact width of your roadway, whether standard or irregular.
Each box contains 1 yellow module and 1 black module, creating an immediate high-contrast alternating pattern that enhances visibility and follows common traffic-control practices.
The modular design also simplifies maintenance: a single damaged module can be replaced without removing the entire installation.
Each module is equipped with four integrated reflectors that reflect headlights back toward approaching drivers.
Combined with the black and yellow colour contrast, this creates a permanent passive warning signal, visible even in rain, fog, or poorly lit areas.
Each module includes one integrated Ø27 mm cable channel, allowing cables, hoses, or small conduits to pass safely underneath the speed bump.
This feature is particularly useful on construction sites, temporary traffic areas, industrial events, or evolving installations.
With a load capacity of up to 40 tons, this speed bump is suitable for cars, vans, trucks, semi-trailers, and industrial vehicles.
The vulcanized virgin rubber construction provides uniform density, excellent mechanical strength, and strong resistance to UV exposure, weather conditions, and temperature variations.
Rounded end caps are sold separately, allowing the installation to be adapted to different layouts such as road edges, central lanes, islands, or temporary or permanent installations.
They help eliminate sharp edges and improve driving comfort at the sides of the speed bump.

Which height should I choose for my site?
Choose 50 mm for calm zones, 60 mm for mixed traffic areas, and 70 mm for sensitive areas with frequent speeding.
Is it compatible with heavy vehicles?
Yes. With a load capacity of up to 40 tons, it is suitable for trucks and heavy equipment.
Can it be used for temporary installations?
Yes. Its modular design makes it ideal for construction sites and evolving traffic zones.
Does the cable channel protect cables effectively?
Yes. The Ø27 mm integrated channel protects cables from crushing under vehicle loads.
Are end caps required?
No, but they are recommended for cleaner finishing and improved driving comfort at the edges.
