The modular trapezoidal speed bump in high-density rubber is designed to effectively reduce vehicle speed in risk areas without requiring heavy construction or permanently blocking traffic. Its black and yellow design ensures high visibility, making it ideal for industrial sites, private roads, parking areas, construction sites, and warehouses.
Thanks to its modular design, the speed bump can be adjusted to match the exact width of the roadway while maintaining excellent strength and durability.
The trapezoidal profile is designed to control vehicle speed without causing harsh impacts. The shape creates a progressive rise, a short plateau, and a smooth descent, naturally forcing drivers to slow down while maintaining driving comfort.
Two height options are available depending on the level of speed reduction required:
50 mm height for controlled but comfortable slowing in moderate-speed areas
70 mm height for stronger speed reduction, particularly in areas where speeding is more frequent
This geometry ensures a controlled reduction in speed while maintaining smooth traffic flow.
Each module measures 250 mm in length and 400 mm in width. The modules connect together to form the required length, allowing installations across roads of 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m, or more.
Each box contains 1 yellow module and 1 black module, enabling an immediate high-contrast alternating pattern for better visibility.
The modular structure also simplifies maintenance: a damaged module can be replaced individually without removing the entire installation.
The black and yellow color combination provides strong contrast during daylight. At night or in rainy conditions, four integrated reflectors per module reflect vehicle headlights back toward drivers.
This creates a permanent passive safety signal without electricity or special maintenance.
Each module includes a Ø27 mm cable channel, allowing cables, hoses, or small conduits to pass safely underneath the speed bump without pinching or damage.
This feature is particularly useful in construction sites, temporary installations, events, or evolving industrial environments.
With a load capacity of up to 40 tons, this speed bump is suitable for trucks, construction machinery, heavy vehicles, and industrial equipment.
The high-density rubber construction is designed to withstand repeated compression, impacts, temperature variations, and mechanical stress without cracking or deforming prematurely.
Rounded end caps are available separately to allow installation adapted to different site layouts such as road edges, central lanes, islands, temporary setups, or permanent installations.
These end pieces eliminate sharp edges and improve driving comfort at the sides of the speed bump.

Which height should I choose: 50 mm or 70 mm?
The 50 mm version is suitable for areas with moderate speeds, while the 70 mm version is recommended where stronger speed reduction is needed.
Is it compatible with heavy vehicles?
Yes. With a load capacity of up to 40 tons, it is suitable for trucks and heavy equipment.
Can it be used for temporary installations?
Yes. Its modular format makes it ideal for temporary setups such as construction sites or evolving traffic zones.
Is the cable passage protected against crushing?
Yes. The Ø27 mm channel is integrated into the structure, protecting cables from pressure and vehicle loads.
Are end caps mandatory?
No, but they are recommended to improve finishing and driving comfort at the edges of the installation.
