The 2-direction traffic safety mirror is designed to improve visibility at dangerous intersections, parking exits, and access points with limited sightlines. It is widely used in urban environments, private roads, industrial areas, and warehouse entrances to reduce the risk of collisions between vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians.
Thanks to its convex mirror surface, it provides a wide field of vision of approximately 90°, allowing road users to quickly detect vehicles approaching from different directions. This enhanced visibility helps anticipate movements in areas where direct line of sight is obstructed or restricted.
The 900 × 900 mm square frame features the mandatory black reflective markings, complying with the French decree of September 21, 1981, which regulates the use of traffic mirrors in built-up areas. These markings allow immediate identification of a mirror approved for urban traffic use.
The mirror surface is made from shatterproof polycarbonate, a material known for its high resistance to impacts, weather conditions, and UV exposure. This makes it particularly suitable for outdoor installations exposed to demanding environments or heavy use.
The mirror is supplied ready to install with its mounting bracket and fixing hardware, allowing easy installation on a pole or directly on a wall depending on the site configuration.
With a mirror diameter of 600 mm and an optimal visibility distance of around 12 meters, it provides an effective solution for securing low-visibility traffic areas.
