IDEQUIP fixed access ramps provide a robust, versatile and long-lasting accessibility solution for industrial sites, logistics platforms, commercial premises and urban environments. Designed to create a smooth transition between two levels, they allow vehicles, handling equipment, trolleys, wheelchairs and pedestrians to safely overcome kerbs, loading docks, steps and raised edges.
Available in multiple standard heights — 35 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm — these ramps offer a height adjustment tolerance of ±2 cm per model, making them suitable for level differences ranging approximately from 20 mm up to 220 mm. This flexibility makes them ideal for both temporary and permanent installations.
Manufactured from high-resistance vulcanised rubber, these ramps are engineered to withstand intensive traffic, including heavy goods vehicles up to 40 tonnes. They maintain their structural integrity without cracking or deforming, even under repeated loads.
Their solid construction absorbs impacts while protecting surrounding infrastructure such as kerbs, dock edges and thresholds.
Each ramp integrates practical features to enhance site safety and usability:
Built-in drainage channels or cable ducts to prevent water build-up and protect cables
Anti-slip textured surface for improved grip in wet conditions
Clearly defined edges to reduce trip hazards
Optional corner pieces for angled or L-shaped installations
This intelligent design makes the ramps suitable for accessibility compliance, logistics operations and urban infrastructure improvements.
IDEQUIP fixed ramps can be installed in several ways depending on site requirements:
Mechanical anchoring using 4 pre-drilled fixing points (concrete or asphalt fixings available as options)
Adhesive bonding with specialised glue (optional)
Free placement for temporary applications such as events or short-term works
This versatility allows you to adapt the installation method to your operational constraints.

What kerb heights are these ramps suitable for?
They are suitable for level differences between approximately 2 cm and 22 cm, depending on the selected model.
Can they withstand frequent truck traffic?
Yes, they are rated for loads up to 40 tonnes and are ideal for HGVs, lifting platforms and construction equipment.
How can they be installed?
They can be mechanically fixed to the ground, bonded with specialised adhesive or simply placed for temporary use.
Are corner configurations possible?
Yes, optional corner pieces are available for angled or L-shaped kerbs.
Are they weather resistant?
Absolutely. The vulcanised rubber resists UV exposure, moisture, frost, heat and common chemicals.
