Improve access at gates, site entrances and crossing points with this high-density rubber threshold ramp from IDEQUIP. Designed to facilitate vehicle access while naturally reducing speed, it is ideal for private car parks, logistics areas, secured residential entrances and industrial sites where vehicles regularly cross raised thresholds.
Manufactured from vulcanised high-density rubber, this ramp combines flexibility and strength. It supports repeated vehicle passage while cushioning impacts. Its inclined profile ensures a smooth transition, helping to prevent tyre and suspension damage.
With a progressive slope ranging from 6 mm to 15 mm, it is perfectly suited to standard thresholds and kerbs.
Integrated reflective strips improve visibility in low-light conditions and at night, enhancing manoeuvre safety while acting as a light traffic calming device.
This ramp is particularly useful where:
Vehicles repeatedly cross a raised gate threshold
Access points require controlled entry speed
Impacts against fixed edges must be reduced
Its gradual incline improves driving comfort while reinforcing site safety.
Built to withstand demanding environments, the rubber structure resists:
Repeated vehicle passage
Weather exposure (rain, frost, heat)
UV radiation
Temperature variations from -40°C to +80°C
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
The ramp features 8 pre-drilled fixing holes. It can be:
Mechanically fixed using concrete anchors (available as accessories)
Bonded using industrial adhesive (optional)
Mechanical fixing is recommended for high-traffic areas.
Length: 1200 mm
Width: 300 mm
Height (slope): 6 mm to 15 mm
Material: High-density vulcanised rubber
Fixing: 8 pre-drilled holes
Installation: Mechanical fixing or adhesive bonding
Use: Indoor / Outdoor

⚠️ Important: Repeated tight turning or pivoting directly on the ramp may damage the reflective elements. It is recommended to avoid sharp turns or heavy braking on the device.
Is this ramp suitable for heavy trucks?
No, it is designed for cars, vans and light handling equipment. For heavy-duty applications, reinforced ramp models are available.
Can it be glued to the ground?
Yes, it can be bonded using industrial adhesive (optional). Mechanical fixing is also possible.
Is it suitable for wheelchair access (PMR compliance)?
While it improves vehicle access, it is not specifically designed as a wheelchair accessibility ramp. Dedicated PMR ramps with compliant slopes are available.
Can it be installed on asphalt or concrete?
Yes, it is compatible with both surfaces using the appropriate fixing kit.
How long does installation take?
